Zusammenfassung
Die Behandlung von Patienten mit endogenem Ekzem und ähnlichen Erscheinungsbildern stellt nach wie vor eine große Herausforderung für den Arzt und Therapeuten dar. Wegen der oft unbefriedigenden Verläufe stellt sich vielfach bei allen Beteiligten eine lähmende Resignation ein, die die Symptome noch zusätzlich schüren kann.
Die vorliegende Arbeit eröffnet neue Einblicke in die Pathogenese, Diagnostik und eine ganzheitliche therapeutische Vorgehensweise. An zentraler Stelle wird die mikrobiologische Diagnostik und Therapie vorgestellt, ein immunmodulierendes Verfahren, das den Besonderheiten des endogenen Ekzems Rechnung trägt.

Abstract
The treatment of patients with endogenous eczema and similar manifestations is still a great challenge for doctors or therapists.
Because of the mostly dissatisfying courses it comes to a paralysing resignation of all involved, which can additionally stir up the symptoms.
This present work gives new insight in the pathogenesis, diagnostic process and into the holistic therapy. Of great importance is the microbiological diagnostic process and therapy which will be introduced. This immunomodulating procedure deserves special attention because of the complex immunological disorder, which the endogenous eczema is based on.

Zusammenfassung
Die Matrix-Rhythmus-Therapie basiert auf fundierten physiologischen Überlegungen, umfangreichen Grundlagenforschungen und breiter klinischer Anwendungsbeobachtung. Kohärenzbildende Rhythmen greifen dabei als ordnende, informationsgebende und damit als heilende Taktgeber in biologische Systeme ein. Mittels spezieller Resonatoren werden die Schwingungsspektren der Skelettmuskulatur durch Spektral-Resonanz-Abstimmung und in der Folge die gesamte Mikrozirkulation normalisiert.
Sie wurde erstmals systematisch an Patienten mit posttraumatischen Problemen angewandt. Bei dem vorgestellten kleinen, aber hochproblematischen Patientengut konnte nach Ausschöpfen aller klassischen chirurgisch-medico-physikalischen Behandlungskonzepte die Matrix-Rhythmus-Therapie, welche gezielt biologische Eigenresonanzen aktiviert, eingesetzt werden und ein klinisch kritisch beobachteter, sowohl subjektiv und objektiv sehr positiver Effekt erzielt werden.
Synergistische Wirkungen von scheinbar diametral gegenüberstehenden Therapieansätzen, nämlich Therapie der Strukturbasis (Chirurgie) einerseits sowie der Zeitbasis (Matrix-Rhythmus-Therapie) andererseits, optimieren den therapeutischen Erfolg.

Abstract
The Matrix-Rhythm-Therapy is based on sound physiological considerations, extensive fundamental research, and broad clinical non-interventional trials. Coherence forming rhythms intervene in the alignment and generation of information, consequently establishing themselves as healing tuners in biological systems. Special resonators normalize the vibrational spectra of the skeletal musculature and the entire microcirculation by special resonance tuning.
The above has, for the first time, been applied systematically to patients suffering from post-traumatic problems. The hereby presented small but highly problematical group of patients was treated, following exhaustion of all traditional surgical and physical medicine treatment concepts, by the Matrix-Rhythm-Therapy which activates explicitly inherent biological resonances. It was also possible to achieve a subjectively and objectively positive effect, which had been observed critically from the clinical point of view. Synergistic effects of seemingly diametrically opposed therapeutic approaches, i.e. the therapy of the structural base (surgery) on the one hand, and the time base (Matrix-Rhythm-Therapy) on the other hand, optimize the therapeutic success.
